Hydration is very important no matter what season you are in. Durring active GellyBall play we feel the players should take a short break for a drink and a snack. Here is an option to provide an ice cold 20 ounce bottle of Gatorade, or equivilant, and a salty snack at a planned interval. Serving quantities are based on a per player basis. Make sure to order a few spare servings for your parents and coaches.
