Inclement Weather, Rain-out, and Cancelation policy Generally, within 3 days of your event date you will be contacted by GellyBall of GA to confirm the details of your event (location, Time, Total player #, etc.) to confirm that your event is RTR (Ready To Roll). At that time we will discuss forecasted weather conditions and verify that everything is in order for the day of your event. In the event that weather forecasts are expecting precipitation of 50% or higher and / or wind speeds that exceed 15mph, GellyBall of GA will cancel the event and provide the customer with either a rain check or full refund. Notice refunds are generally processed within 3-5 business days of the cancelation. During the event if it starts to rain, we will stop the party to conduct a "weather watch" for 15 minutes and observe local forecast as well as radar. Within that 15 minutes if the rain subsides, our Head Referee will do a visual inspection of the play area to determine condition of the field. If the event is canceled due to inclement weather during your time slot, GellyBall of GA will issue a prorated refund based on play time during the event. Customer Cancelation
In the event that the customer needs to cancel the event, we will request the reason for cancelation and try to reschedule for the next open event day. Please be advised, customer cancelations must be submitted and approved at least 24hrs before the start of your scheduled event. Anytime after the 24hr period the customer will incur a fee 50% of the total cost of the event, although if a customer cancels after GellyBall Operators have already arrived on-site, a refund will not be issued. NO EXCEPTIONS.
